PlutoDelete your Pluto account
In the app (fastest)
- Open Pluto Friends and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap the ⚙️ Settings button at the top.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, then confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
Email support@plutofriends.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Pluto account". We will delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, photos, bio and interests.
- Your matches, chats, messages, photos and voice messages you sent, stories and reactions.
- Groups you run, your verification selfie, your coin balance and your notification settings.
- Your "Sign in with Apple" link, if you used it.
What may be kept, and for how long
- Backup copies are overwritten within 14 days.
- Records of reports about serious abuse may be kept longer where needed to keep people safe or meet legal duties.
Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel a Pluto Premium subscription with Apple or Google. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings to stop future charges.
