PlutoTerms of Use
Welcome to Pluto Friends ("Pluto"). By creating an account or using Pluto, you agree to these terms. Please read them, together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use Pluto
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must give true information about yourself, use your own photos, and keep one account.
- You may not use Pluto if you have been removed from it before.
2. Pluto is for friendship
Pluto is for meeting people for friendship, activities and community, not dating. Please follow our Pluto Trust & Safety guidelines, shown in the app.
3. What is not allowed
- Harassment, bullying, threats, hate or discrimination.
- Nudity, sexual content or sexual requests, especially in photos, stories or video.
- Scams, spam, advertising, asking for money, or selling anything.
- Pretending to be someone else, or fake profiles.
- Anything illegal, or anything involving people under 18.
- Trying to break, copy or misuse the app or other people's accounts.
We may remove content, pause features such as video, or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities.
4. Your safety
We work to keep Pluto safe, with verification, reporting and moderation, but we cannot check every person. Take care when meeting people: meet in public places, tell a friend where you are going, and never send money to someone you met online. You can block or report anyone at any time.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, messages and other content you post. You give Pluto permission to store, show and send that content as needed to run the service (for example, showing your photos to people nearby). You are responsible for what you post.
6. Premium and coins
- Pluto Premium is a subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Payment is handled by Apple or Google.
- Coins are used inside Pluto for video calls, gifts and filters. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.
7. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Unused coins and remaining Premium time end when an account is deleted or closed for breaking the rules.
8. The service
We work hard to keep Pluto running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, and features may change. To the extent the law allows, Pluto is provided "as is", and we are not responsible for the behaviour of other members, on or off the app, or for indirect losses.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are important, we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use Pluto after changes means you accept them.
